“It was nice working with an escrow company close by (Laguna Niguel) that I could easily drop off any essential information. Ashley and Michelle were on their game and would call me back with any concerns or clarifications I needed. I was out of town the day I was to sign papers and they had a mobile notary in my hotel lobby waiting for me at 7:30 pm the night before closing. Even the mobile notary was great to work with, texting me she was arriving and texting me when she hand delivered the loan docs to The Escrow Source the next day.
